Thousand Keys is a Denver-based company focused on countering the housing crisis by connecting deserving buyers to overlooked, single-family homes and affordable owner-financed loans.  We offer a unique, cost-effective platform for our finance partners that allows them to efficiently market and sell their properties at below market prices.. Our programs revitalize communities by converting vacant properties into owner occupied homes, reducing housing expenses with owner finance terms at a discount to area rent and improving borrowers overall financial stability with post-purchase buyer-success programs.

How it Works

Instead of completely renovating the homes, our finance partners leave some of the work to the buyers.  In return, our partners can sell homes at a discount to their estimated market value and often with monthly payments lower than area rent.

Our homes typically have purchase prices of $75k or less. Many properties are move-in ready and only require minor, cosmetic updates, while others might be considered "fixer uppers" requiring more repairs. Homes are sold “as is” which enables us to offer them at affordable prices. This gives buyers the time and ability to improve them whenever and however they choose.

We are committed to providing home buyers with ongoing support. That’s why we offer two Buyer Success post-purchase support programs, which help our clients build credit, take control of their finances and improve their homes.
