At Thousand Keys, you can take things into your own hands to purchase a home. If you're a go-getter that prefers taking care of things yourself, you can! By following the 3 steps outlined below, you can jumpstart the process.
Step 1: Complete Electronic Waiver/Provide Proof of Identity
Since all of our home viewings are self guided, we require potential customers sign a waiver that protects us and our properties while clearly outlining your responsibility to your own safety while viewing the property. It also grants you temporary permission to access the property. There will be no Thousand Keys representative with you when you visit the property, so be careful, and if you identify anything that may be unsafe, please leave immediately and let us know so that we can take the proper precautions.
In addition to signing the waiver, we also require that potential customers wishing to view the property verify their identity by providing a picture of their state or federal ID. Passport, Driver's License, State issued ID etc are all acceptable. If your identification doesn't fall into those categories, please contact a sales representative and we'll work to make accomodations.
Step 2: View the Home
Once the waiver is signed and your identity is verified, we'll provide the lockbox code via the phone number or email address you used when submitting the viewing agreement. With the code and with the waiver providing permission, you can view the property.
Step 3: Complete Owner Financing Offer Form or Cash Offer Form
If, after viewing the property, you've decided to proceed to the next steps of purchasing one of our homes, you just need to decide which form to complete on our website!
- Customers who have already secured financing from a traditional source, or if you're a property investor looking to purchase the home outright, simply complete our Cash Offer Form.

Next Steps
After recieving a completed form, the relevant department will review and contact you to discuss and provide guidance on next steps. Cash Offers are evaluated and responded to directly by our asset management team. Owner Financing offers are reviewed by our Finance Department who will contact you and assist further in directing you to the appropriate financing application, pending acceptance of your offer.
